Raqt - The Senior Pro Tour @ Tustin Hill

All teams / individuals are guaranteed two games in this double elimination with a come around for gold tournament.

* 4 teams minimum for per bracket – if less, SPT will combine with other brackets based on age and skill level

* Main Draw: Matches consist of a best of 3 game format with each game to 11, win by 2 points.

* Consolation: Each match consists of one game to 15, win by two points except for the bronze medal match which will consist of the best of 3 games format.

Two 60 seconds timeouts per game and player/team.

Please note that this is a non-sanctioned tournament.

Registration opens on 12/20/2023 on the Raqt app.

If a player does not have the Raqt app – please follow steps below:

Go to the App store.
Search for Raqt Pickleball Family Friend
Download Raqt App (free)
Create a profile and follow instructions.
Ready to use.

A valid account on Raqt is required to register for the tournament. Registration closes on Feb 4th 11.59 pm.

Players may only play in one event per day.

Brackets will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

You may register for each event you wish to play.

Follow the below instructions to register for an event:

Open the tournament in Raqt, you can find the tournament by scrolling all the tournaments in the Discovery page.
Select the Registration button.
Check the divisions you want to register to.

Singles

Your name will be displayed and just select the checkbox on the left of your name.

Doubles

Your name will be displayed and just select the checkbox on the left of your name.

After payment in doubles you'll need to select your partner.

NOTE: Your partner must also register before you can select a partner.

Go to your profile
Open your Wallet
Open the registration ticket for the bracket you want to select a partner for.
Choose Select Partner (if its empty or your partner is not listed, he/she has not yet registred)
A notification will be sent to the player and he/she needs to Accept the invitation to play.

Players and partners must have payment confirmed for in order to play in the event.

Waiver must be completed and signed when registering for the tournament.

A player that loses a partner due to illness or injury may replace his/her partner until 72 hours before the tournament starts. A full tournament schedule including complete brackets, exact starting time, and court # will be completed 72 hours before the start of the first event of the tournament. No changes may be allowed once the schedule is released. A substitute player must be eligible to play in the same skill bracket. Players may play down in age or up in skill. Partner substitutions must be communicated to registration at least 72 hours before the first starting event of the tournament.

During the time of open registration, players may handle substituting of partners on the Raqt app. See below steps how to do this:

Open Profile / Wallet
Open the ticket for the event
Click on “Transfer” ticket
Search for a player (that has a Raqt account)
Click “Send” button
Confirm with “Ok”
Ticket will go to “Awaiting approval”
Recall option is available if the player changes their mind or is sent to the wrong player. Once accepted this ticket cannot be recalled and will disappear from the players wallet.

Note: Above process does not involve any money transfers. Once you sent the registration and the player has accepted it. You will not have any more access to the registration.

Delivery of registration “tickets”

After completing the purchase, the “tickets” are available in your "Wallet" in your Raqt app.
