Todos os jogadores têm que estar 30min antes do horário do seu jogo.
ALL PLAYERS SHOULD BE IN THE VENUE 30m PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED GAME.
19+ & 50+ Evento de Singulares / SINGLES OPEN EVENT : 15€
50+ Eventos de Duplas / DOUBLES OPEN EVENT : 20€
19+ Eventos de Duplas / DOUBLES EVENT (3.5 / 4.0+) 25€
Fase de grupo + fase de eliminaçao / GROUP STAGE + ELIMINATION STAGE:
Fase de eliminaçao (2 jogos minimo) / ELIMINATION STAGE ONLY (2 games minimum)
19+ DOUBLES EVENTS - QUALIFYING GROUP STAGE:
All non-open events, will start with a qualifying group stage at the designated level (3.5; 4.0+).
Depending on performance in the group stage, each team will qualify into 2 different league competitions at Elimination Stage:
- The top teams of 4.0+ groups will qualify into the ADVANCED League; The bottom teams of 4.0+ groups will qualify into the INTERMEDIATE League;
- The top teams of 3.5 groups will qualify into the INTERMEDIATE League; The bottom teams of 3.5 groups will qualify into the AMATEUR League;
All matches in the Qualifying group stage are just 1 set to 15 points.
* The competition format will be adapted to the final number of groups and teams in each group in each event, so the number of teams that go up or down might change.
19+ DOUBLES EVENTS - LEAGUE ELIMINATION STAGE:
All teams will qualify into a specific League.
Each League event is a single elimination competition.
All Leagues results will add to the overall PORTUGAL PICKLEBALL TOUR (PPT) Ranking.
SENIOR DOUBLES EVENTS & SINGLES EVENTS:
Single elimination event. Games 1 set to 15.: Single elimination event with Secondary Consolation Bracket. Games 1 set to 15.
(If number of teams are not enough to create a secondary consolation bracket, then ROUND 1 will be a best of 3 sets to 11).
Winners of ROUND 1 will continue the Advanced Elimination bracket. Losers of ROUND 1 will continue the Intermediate Elimination Bracket.
Em caso de cancelamento ou adiamento do torneio, a organizaçao ira devolver 90% do valor de inscriçao a todos os jogadores. Se os jogadores regressarem na nova data, so terao que pagar 90% do valor do novo registo.
In case of suspension and postponement of the tournament the organisation will refund 90% of the registration to all players. The players who return to the new date will only have to pay 90% of the registration fee of the new replacement tournament.
Se o jogador cancelar ate 1 de Outubro, independentemente do motivo, a organizaçao devolvera 50% da inscriçao. Apos esta data a organizaçao so devolvera se conseguir um jogador substituto.
IF PLAYER CANCELS UNTIL 1ST OF OCTOBER, FOR WHATEVER REASON, WE WILL REFUND YOU 50% OF THE REGISTRATION. AFTER THIS DATE WE WILL ONLY REFUND YOU 50% IF WE GET A SUBSTITUTION PLAYER.
