Tutti i giocatori dovrebbero trovarsi sul posto 30 minuti prima dell'orario di gioco.

Top 2 of each group go to advanced and bottom 2 of each group to 3.5
In caso di sospensione del torneo verrà restituito il 90% dell'iscrizione e in caso di rinvio il giocatore che vorrà iscriversi nuovamente dovrà versare solo il 90% del totale.
In the case of suspension of the tournament, 90% of the registration will be returned and in the case of postponement, the player who would like to register again will only have to pay 90% of the total.
Nel caso in cui si voglia annullare la registrazione, qualunque sia il motivo, prima della chiusura della registrazione (13/04/2025), verrà rimborsato il 60% dell'importo totale. Dopo la chiusura della registrazione, l'importo della registrazione non verrà rimborsato.

Al momento dell'iscrizione al torneo, tutti i giocatori cedono all'organizzazione i diritti relativi alla propria immagine. Chi non fosse d'accordo dovrà darne espressa comunicazione all'organizzazione.
