🇬🇧 Registration: 19 january 2025 – 7 May 2025 or either until the maximum number of inscriptions are completed or the number of players per category. The registration will be in the app, RAQT.
Notice that no payment will be accepted in cash but has to be transferred to the above mentioned bank account. Registration fees cannot be refunded, except for a justified case of force majeure or if the participant can find a substitute who takes its position. Cases:
*A substitute can be found in order not to lose the inscription fee.
🇪🇸 Inscripción: 19 enero 2025 – 7 mayo 2025 o bien hasta completar el número máximo de inscripciones o el número de jugadores por categoría. El registro se realizará en la aplicación RAQT.
Tenga en cuenta que no se aceptará ningún pago en efectivo, sino que deberá realizarse a través de la aplicación de Raqt.
Los derechos de inscripción no podrán ser reembolsados, salvo caso justificado de fuerza mayor o si el participante logra encontrar un sustituto que ocupe su puesto. Casos:

🇪🇸 *LOS PAGOS EN METÁLICO ESTARÁN DETERMINADOS POR LAS TASAS ESPAÑOLAS (%).
*SÓLO serán para las categorías OPEN 18+ 5.0 y OPEN 40+ 5.0 con un mínimo de jugadores registrados en cada categoría. En caso de no alcanzar un mínimo de jugadores inscritos por categoría, el premio en metálico se reducirá en la categoría afectada. Podrás ver todos los porcentajes de cada categoría en la aplicación de Raqt antes del inicio de inscripciones.
Las cantidades de dinero que se pagarán a los premiados podrán ser reducidas ya que dichas cantidades están supeditadas a las retenciones fiscales específicadas en los convenios bilaterales entre España y el país de origen de la persona premiada.
Los premios se abonarán en los días posteriores a la finalización del torneo, una vez se hayan calculado el porcentaje de inscritos en cada categoría y se haya preguntado por la legislación de la persona premiada.

🇬🇧 By plane (International Airports):
- Airport Jerez de la Frontera (XRY) - approx.30min to the venue
- Airport Seville (SVQ) - approx. 1.20h to the venue
- Airport Gibraltar (GIB) - approx. 1.30h to the venue
- Airport Malaga (AGP) – approx. 3h to he venue
Train:
Rota has no train station, being Jerez de la Frontera and El Puerto de Santa Maria the nearest stations. Both stations are intermediate points on the Sevilla-Jerez line. Find out below how to get to Rota by train.
If you are coming from Seville, you must buy a ticket to Jerez de la Frontera at the Santa Justa train station. You can choose between the RENFE medium distance service (travel time 1h 5min) and the ALVIA service (travel time 55 minutes) which is about 5 euros more expensive. From there you will have to continue your journey by another means (car or bus).

Buses from Seville:
If you wish to travel from Seville to Rota by bus, you must take one of the many COMES buses that run daily on this line. The bus station from where they leave for Seville is the Prado station in San Sebastian. The trip takes 2 hours, with an intermediate stop in Jerez. The approximate price of the Seville-Rota bus trip is 12 euros.
Buses from Jerez:
In this case, in addition to the Sevilla-Jerez-Rota line, you can take any of the buses of the Jerez-Rota line, operated by the COMES company.
Route M-905 (Sevilla-Jerez-Rota): the journey time from Jerez to Roma is 30 minutes.
Road M-560 (Jerez-Rota): travel time 45 minutes.
Line M-561 (Jerez-Sanlúcar-Chipiona-Costa Ballena): This bus does not stop in the center of Rota. You should only take it if your destination is Costa Ballena. The travel time is 30 minutes.
The fare between Jerez and Rota is 1.90 euros for a single ticket and 1.32 euros if you pay with the card of the Consorcio de Transportes de la Bahía de Cádiz.

If you arrive from Seville (capital) we recommend the following 3 routes:
Seville - Las Cabezas de San Juan - Sanlúcar de Barrameda - Rota.
(AP-4, 121 kms., 1 h 28 min. approx., toll Sevilla - Las Cabezas):
Quiet and fast route with little traffic. This route runs along the AP-4 freeway (Seville-Cadiz)
Sevilla - Jerez de la Frontera – Rota
(A-4, 121 kms, 1 h 25 min. approx., toll Sevilla - Jerez de la Frontera):
Route with possible slow traffic when exiting the highway at Jerez de la Frontera, as well as on the A-2078 regional road during weekends and summer. This route runs along the AP-4 freeway (Seville-Cádiz).
Seville - Jerez de la Frontera – Rota
(N-IV, 129 kms., 1 h 41 min. approx.):
Route with slow traffic as it passes through the towns of Dos Hermanas, El Cuervo and Jerez de la Frontera, as well as along the entire route during weekends and summer.
If arriving from Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz) we recommend taking the regional road A-2078 (30 kms., 33 min. approx.). Please note that there will be possible slow traffic during weekends and summer.
If you are arriving from El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz) we recommend the new regional road A-491 (21 kms., 20 min. approx.). Please note that there will be possible slow traffic during weekends and summer.

🇪🇸 En avión (Aeropuertos Internacionales):
- Aeropuerto Jerez de la Frontera (XRY) - aproximadamente 30 minutos hasta el lugar de celebración
- Aeropuerto de Sevilla (SVQ) - aprox. 1.20h al recinto
- Aeropuerto de Gibraltar (GIB) - aprox. 1.30h al recinto
- Aeropuerto de Málaga (AGP) – aprox. 3h hasta el lugar
Tren: Rota no tiene estación de tren, siendo Jerez de la Frontera y El Puerto de Santa María las estaciones más cercanas. Ambas estaciones son puntos intermedios de la línea Sevilla-Jerez. Descubre a continuación cómo llegar a Rota en tren.
Si vienes desde Sevilla deberás comprar un billete con destino Jerez de la Frontera en la estación de tren de Santa Justa. Puedes elegir entre el servicio de media distancia de RENFE (tiempo de viaje 1h 5min) y el servicio ALVIA (tiempo de viaje 55 minutos) que es unos 5 euros más caro. Desde allí tendrás que continuar tu viaje por otro medio (coche o autobús).

Autobuses desde Sevilla: Si deseas viajar de Sevilla a Rota en autobús, debes coger uno de los muchos autobuses COMES que circulan diariamente en esta línea. La estación de autobuses desde donde salen hacia Sevilla es la estación del Prado en San Sebastián. El viaje dura 2 horas, con una parada intermedia en Jerez. El precio aproximado del viaje en autobús Sevilla-Rota es de 12 euros.
Autobuses desde Jerez: En este caso, además de la línea Sevilla-Jerez-Rota, puedes tomar cualquiera de los autobuses de la línea Jerez-Rota, operados por la empresa COMES.
Ruta M-905 (Sevilla-Jerez-Rota): el tiempo de trayecto de Jerez a Roma es de 30 minutos.
Carretera M-560 (Jerez-Rota): tiempo de recorrido 45 minutos.
Línea M-561 (Jerez-Sanlúcar-Chipiona-Costa Ballena): Este autobús no para en el centro de Rota. Sólo debes tomarlo si tu destino es Costa Ballena. El tiempo de viaje es de 30 minutos.
La tarifa entre Jerez y Rota es de 1,90 euros el billete sencillo y de 1,32 euros si pagas con la tarjeta del Consorcio de Transportes de la Bahía de Cádiz.

- Sevilla - Las Cabezas de San Juan - Sanlúcar de Barrameda - Rota.
(AP-4, 121 kms., 1 h 28 min. aprox., peaje Sevilla - Las Cabezas):
Ruta tranquila, rápida y con poco tráfico. Esta ruta discurre por la autopista AP-4 (Sevilla - Cádiz), donde el peaje es obligatorio, pero quedará suprimido a partir del 31.12.2019.
- Sevilla - Jerez de la Frontera – Rota
(A-4, 121 kms, 1 h 25 min. aprox., peaje Sevilla - Jerez de la Frontera):

Si llega desde Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz) recomendamos tomar la carretera comarcal A-2078 (30 kms., 33 min. aprox.). Tenga en cuenta que es posible que haya tráfico lento durante los fines de semana y el verano.
Si llegas desde El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz) te recomendamos la nueva carretera comarcal A-491 (21 kms., 20 min. aprox.). Tenga en cuenta que es posible que haya tráfico lento durante los fines de semana y el verano.

Cases:
1. If the organization or a player perceives a non-approved racket BEFORE a match, said player will be forced to change his paddle. If he refuses, he will be expelled from the tournament.
2. If the organization or a player receives a non-approved racket DURING a match, that match will be considered lost to that player. He will be able to change his paddle for the next match. If he refuses, he will be expelled from the tournament.
3. If the organization or a player receives a non-approved paddle AFTER a match, the result of said match will be maintained. The player will be notified that he must change his paddle for the next match. If he refuses, he will be expelled from the tournament.

In case of rain, the tournanent will NEVER be suspended due to bad weather, the organization will have a plan B (various facilities covered).

🇬🇧 REBALLUTION CUP 2025 will close with a dinner party at one of the largaste Beach Clubs in the province of Cadiz, specifically at the Beach Club “Playa Virgen” located on one of the main beaches of Rota.
There, you will be able to enjoy music with bands and Djs, once this is over a dinner will begin in the same venue.
Players can book their places for the party-dinner by registering in the Raqt application, as if it were any other category.
We will give all the details of what is included in the price BEFORE starting the registrations.
🇪🇸 REBALLUTION CUP 2025 se cerrará con fiesta-cena en uno de los grandes Beach Club de la provincia de Cádiz, concretamente en el Beach Club “Playa Virgen” situado en una de las playas principales de Rota.
Allí podréis disfrutar de música con grupos y DJ, una vez finalice esto dará comienzo una cena en el mismo recinto.
Los jugadores podrán reservar su plaza para esta fiesta-cena inscribiéndose en la aplicación de Raqt, como si de cualquier categoría se tratase.
Antes de comenzar las inscripciones daremos todos los detalles de lo que incluye y su precio.
