To book online guests will need to go onto their website www.claytonhotelballsbridge.com and choose their dates and input the promo code into the promo box.
Alternatively players can call the hotel on 01 668 11 11 or by emailing our reservations team at reservations.ballsbridge@claytonhotels.com and mention the promo code to avail of the agreed rate.
The rate will be valid for the 11th / 12th & 13th April 2025 only - any rooms not booked by the 28th March 2025 will be automatically released and anyone looking to book after this will be offered the best available rate at the time depending on the availability.

1. Groups: Round Robin in which the 1º and 2º of each group move to the elimination/ knockout stage.
2. Knockout Stage: Simple elimination base on team's place after the RR .
IMPORTANT: To split one combined category after the RR and play 2 eliminations/ knockout draws (Upper and Lower intermediate) the combined category must have minimum 8/12 teams.
During the registration process the organizers will monitor each category and may try to open more slots to guarantee the largest possible number of teams in each category.
Minimum of matches guaranteed per player per category: 3.
This is a Pickleball Ireland Sanctioned Tournament.
IMPORTANT: All players registered to play must have a Dupr account linked with their Raqt account. This is compulsory, no exceptions to this rule take the necessary measures.

In the case the tournament is cancelled/postponed, only 90% of the registration fee will be refunded. In the case of postponement, players who would like to register again will only have to pay 90% of the total fee.
If a player wants to cancel registration, for any reason, before registrations are closed (04/04/25) 60% of the total fee will be refunded.
After registration closes, the registration fee will not be refunded.
The event organizers reserve the right to accommodate players in a different category if the event or events the players have registered initially are sold out or to find players a suitable partner.
*Partial or total refund of the fee will be reviewed on an individual basis.
Once registered, players give the organizers the rights to use their image for marketing purposes.
If someone does not agree, they must notify the organizers in advance.

There will be medal presentations for the top three pairs in each category.
Optional: Draws for paddles and gear among all the participants.
