Pro Events:
40€ per event.
Amateur Events:
25€ per event.
Double Elemination for the Pro tournament. Winer Brackt: Pro Tournament Best of 3 to 11, win by 2, max. to 15. Losser braket: 1 to 15 win by 2 max. 18.
Round Robin and elemination for the Amateurs, no consolation round. .Amateur Tournament: Round Robin 1 set to 11 win by 2. Elimination 1 to 15 wib by 2 max 18. Finals and bronce match best of 3 to 11. ( the organization can decide if is the best for the copetition to change the finales and bronces match to 1 to 15 win by 2 in case we don't have enogth time to play)
Only paddles certified according to UPA-A and USAP standards as of July 2025 are permitted.
In case of suspension and postponement of the tournament the organisation will refund 90% of the registration to all players. The players who return to the new date will only have to pay 90% of the registration fee of the new replacement tournament.
If player cancels no refunds, only if they find a replacement.
All player by registering in the tournament agree to authorise the publishing of images taken during the tournament.If any player does not agree with this, they must inform the organization by email.
Pro Tournament:

Amateur Tournament (Non cash prizes)
To ensure competitive balance at RTA tournaments, the following entry policy is recommended for 2025 if a tournament fills up early and shall be communicated on the tournament website:
* Top 8 players in singles and top 12 players in doubles (based on the RTA 52-week ranking) can enter the tournament up to 30 days before the tournament start date.
* If necessary, the lowest-rated players (DUPR) will be replaced to accommodate higher-ranked entrants.
* If multiple players have the same lowest DUPR rating, the registration date will determine who gets replaced (earliest registered stays).
This policy ensures that top-ranked players always have access to RTA tournaments while keeping the entry process fair and transparent.
