750€ per PRO DOUBLES CATEGORY (1st: 450€; 2nd: 200€; 3rd:100€)

375€ per PRO SINGLES CATEGORY (1st: 225€; 2nd: 100€; 3rd: 50€)

The announced prize money in each category will be disbursed if 100% of 5.0 slots of that category is sold. If the category is not completed, we will disburse the % correspondent to the occupancy rate of that category. Example: Women singles 5.0 occupancy rate is 60%, then the final prize money for that category will be 375€ x 60% = 225€

We follow USAPA game rules, including the USAPA approved paddle list

19+, and 50+ DOUBLES EVENTS - QUALIFYING GROUP STAGE:

All non-open events, will start with a qualifying group stage at the designated level (3.5; 4.5; 5.0 for 19+ and 3.0; 4.0 for 50+).

Depending on performance in the group stage, each team will qualify into 4 different league competitions at Elimination Stage: 

-The top teams of the 5.0 groups will qualify into the PRO League; The bottom teams of 5.0 groups will qualify into the ADVANCED League;                                      

 - The top teams of 4.5 (or 4.0 in 50+) groups will qualify into the ADVANCED League; The bottom teams of 4.5 (or 4.0 in 50+) groups will qualify into the INTERMEDIATE League;                                                    

 - The top teams of 3.5 (or 3.0 in 50+) groups will qualify into the INTERMEDIATE League; The bottom teams of 3.5 (or 3.0 in 50+) groups will qualify into the AMATEUR League;                                                 

All matches in the Qualifying group stage are just 1 set to 15 points.

* The competition format will be adapted to the final number of groups and teams in each group in each event, so the number of teams that go up or down might change. Events might be merged if there's not enough players (ex: WD 3.5 and WD 4.0+ could be merged into 1 WD event).

19+, 50+ and 60+ DOUBLES EVENTS - LEAGUE ELIMINATION STAGE:

All teams will qualify into a specific League.

Each League event is a single elimination competition.

All Leagues results will add to the overall EUROPEAN PICKLEBALL LEAGUE (EPL) Ranking. 

SINGLES EVENTS:

Single elimination event. Games 1 set to 15.: Single elimination event with Secondary Consolation Bracket. Games 1 set to 15.

Winners of ROUND 1 will continue to ROUND 2. Losers of ROUND 1 will continue the Intermediate Elimination Bracket.

Winners of ROUND 2 will continue to the PRO Elimination bracket. Losers of ROUND 2 will continue the Advanced Elimination Bracket.

Games in the elimination bracket will be best of 3 to 11 if possible.

In case of suspension and postponement of the tournament the organisation will refund 90% of the registration to all players. The players who return to the new date will only have to pay 90% of the registration fee of the new replacement tournament.

IF PLAYER CANCELS UNTIL 1st OF JUNE, FOR WHATEVER REASON, WE WILL REFUND YOU 50% OF THE REGISTRATION. AFTER THIS DATE WE WILL ONLY REFUND YOU 50% IF WE GET A SUBSTITUTION PLAYER.

A CANCELLATION AFTER THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE, IMPLIES LOSING THE GAMES BY WALK OVER.
