🇬🇧 CATEGORY 18+ 5.0:
After finishing the group stage, the top ranked will play the 18+5.0 direct playoffs and the next ranked will play the 18+4.5 direct playoffs. Which, we start with one level but ended up with 2 levels.
CATEGORY 60+: After finishing the group stage, the top ranked will play the 60+4.5 direct playoffs and the next ranked will play the 60+3.5 direct playoffs. Which, we start with one level but ended up with 2 levels.
🇪🇸 CATEGORÍA 18+ 5.0:
Tras la fase de grupos, los mejores clasificados jugarán las eliminatorias de 18+5.0 mientras los siguientes clasificados jugarán las eliminatorias de 18+4.5. En conclusión, iniciamos la categoría con un nivel (5.0) y finalizamos con 2 niveles (5.0 y 4.5).
CATEGORÍA 60+: Tras la fase de grupos, los mejores clasificados jugarán las eliminatorias de 60+4.5 mientras los siguientes clasificados jugarán las eliminatorias de 60+3.5. En conclusión, iniciamos la categoría con un nivel y finalizamos con 2 niveles (4.5 y 3.5)

Los premios en metálico SÓLO serán para las categorías OPEN 19+ 5.0 y deberán tener un mínimo de jugadores registrados en cada categoría.
En caso de no alcanzar un mínimo de jugadores inscritos por categoría, el premio en metálico se reducirá en la categoría afectada. Puedes ver los porcentajes mas arriba.

En los eventos en los que el minimo de jugadores o parejas no sean lo suficiente para abrir una categoría, distintas categorias podran ser unidas previa autorización de los jugadores implicados.
🇬🇧 Registration: 30 July 2025 – 5 October 2025 or either until the maximum number of inscriptions are completed or the number of players per category.
The registration will be in the app, RAQT.
Notice that no payment will be accepted in cash but has to be transferred to the above mentioned bank account.
From the 13rd of October, no refunds are done may they be justified or not.
A substitute can be found in order not to lose the inscription fee.

Tenga en cuenta que no se aceptará ningún pago en efectivo, sino que deberá realizarse a través de la aplicación de Raqt.
A partir del 13 de octubre no se realizan devoluciones, estén o no justificadas.
Se podrá buscar un sustituto para no perder el importe de la inscripción.

🇬🇧 By plane (International Airports):
- Airport Jerez de la Frontera (XRY) - approx.30min to the venue
- Airport Seville (SVQ) - approx. 1.20h to the venue
- Airport Gibraltar (GIB) - approx. 1.30h to the venue
- Airport Malaga (AGP) – approx. 3h to he venue
Train:
Rota has no train station, being Jerez de la Frontera and El Puerto de Santa Maria the nearest stations. Both stations are intermediate points on the Sevilla-Jerez line. Find out below how to get to Rota by train.
If you are coming from Seville, you must buy a ticket to Jerez de la Frontera at the Santa Justa train station. You can choose between the RENFE medium distance service (travel time 1h 5min) and the ALVIA service (travel time 55 minutes) which is about 5 euros more expensive. From there you will have to continue your journey by another means (car or bus).

Buses from Seville:
If you wish to travel from Seville to Rota by bus, you must take one of the many COMES buses that run daily on this line. The bus station from where they leave for Seville is the Prado station in San Sebastian. The trip takes 2 hours, with an intermediate stop in Jerez. The approximate price of the Seville-Rota bus trip is 12 euros.
Buses from Jerez:
In this case, in addition to the Sevilla-Jerez-Rota line, you can take any of the buses of the Jerez-Rota line, operated by the COMES company.
Route M-905 (Sevilla-Jerez-Rota): the journey time from Jerez to Roma is 30 minutes.
Road M-560 (Jerez-Rota): travel time 45 minutes.
Line M-561 (Jerez-Sanlúcar-Chipiona-Costa Ballena): This bus does not stop in the center of Rota. You should only take it if your destination is Costa Ballena. The travel time is 30 minutes.
The fare between Jerez and Rota is 1.90 euros for a single ticket and 1.32 euros if you pay with the card of the Consorcio de Transportes de la Bahía de Cádiz. https://www.tgcomes.es/

If you arrive from Seville (capital) we recommend the following 3 routes:
Seville
- Las Cabezas de San Juan - Sanlúcar de Barrameda - Rota.
(AP-4, 121 kms., 1 h 28 min. approx., toll Sevilla - Las Cabezas):
Quiet and fast route with little traffic. This route runs along the AP-4 freeway (Seville-Cadiz)
Sevilla
- Jerez de la Frontera – Rota
(A-4, 121 kms, 1 h 25 min. approx., toll Sevilla - Jerez de la Frontera):
Route with possible slow traffic when exiting the highway at Jerez de la Frontera, as well as on the A-2078 regional road during weekends and summer. This route runs along the AP-4 freeway (Seville-Cádiz).
Seville
- Jerez de la Frontera – Rota
(N-IV, 129 kms., 1 h 41 min. approx.):
Route with slow traffic as it passes through the towns of Dos Hermanas, El Cuervo and Jerez de la Frontera, as well as along the entire route during weekends and summer.
If arriving from Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz) we recommend taking the regional road A-2078 (30 kms., 33 min. approx.). Please note that there will be possible slow traffic during weekends and summer.
If you are arriving from El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz) we recommend the new regional road A-491 (21 kms., 20 min. approx.). Please note that there will be possible slow traffic during weekends and summer.

🇬🇧 Paddles that are not approved by the USAPA cannot be used.
Cases:
1. If the organization or a player perceives a non-approved racket BEFORE a match, said player will be forced to change his paddle. If he refuses, he will be expelled from the tournament.
2. If the organization or a player receives a non-approved racket DURING a match, that match will be considered lost to that player. He will be able to change his paddle for the next match. If he refuses, he will be expelled from the tournament.
3. If the organization or a player receives a non-approved paddle AFTER a match, the result of said match will be maintained. The player will be notified that he must change his paddle for the next match. If he refuses, he will be expelled from the tournament.
🇪🇸 No se podrán utilizar aquellas palas que no estén homologadas por la USAPA (serán revisadas en la web).
Casos:
1. Si la organización o un jugador percibe una pala no homolagada ANTES de un partido, dicho jugador se verá obligado a cambiar su pala. En caso de negarse, será expulsado del torneo.
2. Si la organización o un jugador percibe una pala no homolagada DURANTE un partido, se le dará por perdido dicho partido a ese jugador. Este podrá cambiar de pala para el siguiente partido. En caso de negarse, será expulsado del torneo.
3. Si la organización o un jugador percibe una pala no homolagada DESPUÉS un partido, se mantendrá el resultado de dicho partido. Se le avisará al jugador que debe cambiar de pala para el siguiente partido. En caso de negarse, será expulsado del torneo.

🇬🇧 In case of suspension and postponement of the tournament , the organization will refund 85% of the registration to all players. The players who return to new date will only have to pay 85% of the registration fee of the new replacement tournament.

🇬🇧 A player will lose his match in case of a 10 minutes delay. If the player arrives just in time you must start your game without warming up beforehand.

🇬🇧 The tourmament is played in an outdoor environment that is subject to potencial weather conditions that can interrupt play. If a weatherevent occurs mid bracket, every attemp will be made to resume the event has the right to shorten match play if weather causes scheduling delays.
In case of rain, the tournanent will NEVER be suspended due to bad weather, the organization will have a plan B (various facilities covered).
