Mens doubles and womens doubles:

• +3.0 & +4.0 start from 09.30
• +3.5 & + 4.5 will start at 15.00

Sunday September 14

Mixed doubles :

• +3.0 & + 4.0 start from 09.30
• +3.5 & +4.5 will start at 15.00

IMPORTANT: Players are allowed to play two divisions on one day if they start at a different time stamp.

All of the medal winners will get the prices provided by our sponsors

Mens doubles:

+3.0 / +3.5/ +4.0/ +4.5

Womens doubles:

+3.0 / +3.5/ +4.0/ +4.5

Mixed doubles:

+3.0 / +3.5/ +4.0/ +4.5

Round-robin format followed by direct elimination.

The tournament director has the discretion to combine categories and move players between categories if there are not enough registrations.

Players are allowed to play two divisions on one day if they start at a different time.

Example 1: Jan is a 3.3 player and is registered for 3.0 (start 10.00 AM), he can also play 3.5 if he wants (start 15.00 PM)

Example 2: Sasha is 3.6 player and is registered for 3.5 (start 15.00 PM), she can also play 4.0 if she wants (start 10.00 AM)

In case of suspension and postponement of the tournament the organisation will refund 90% of the registration to all players. The players who return to the new date will only have to pay 90% of the registration fee of the new replacement tournament.

IF A PLAYER/TEAM CANCELS UNTIL SEPTEMBER 8TH, FOR WHATEVER REASON, WE WILL REFUND YOU 70% OF THE REGISTRATION.
