El premio en metálico anunciado en cada categoría se abonará si se vende el 100% de las plazas de dicha categoría. Si la categoría no se completa, abonaremos el porcentaje correspondiente al índice de ocupación de dicha categoría. Ejemplo: el índice de ocupación de la categoría individual femenina es del 60 %, por lo que el premio en metálico final para dicha categoría será de 1400€ x 60 % = 840€.
The announced prize money in each category will be disbursed if 100% of slots of that category is sold. If the category is not completed, we will disburse the % correspondent to the occupancy rate of that category. Example: Women singles OPEN occupancy rate is 60%, then the final prize money for that category will be 1400€ x 60% = 840€
Criterio de Cabezas de Serie
La designación de los cabezas de serie se realizará tomando como referencia la sumatoria de puntos del sistema DUPR, contemplando el rendimiento de cada jugador tanto en la modalidad de dobles como en la de individuales. De esta manera, se garantiza una distribución equilibrada y justa de los participantes dentro del cuadro de competición.
En caso de que dos o más jugadores presenten la misma puntuación total, la organización podrá aplicar criterios adicionales, como el mejor ranking específico en la modalidad a disputar o, en su defecto, un sorteo supervisado, con el objetivo de mantener la transparencia y la competitividad del torneo.
Seeding Criteria
Seeding will be determined based on the total points earned in the DUPR system, taking into account each player's performance in both doubles and singles. This ensures a balanced and fair distribution of participants within the competition bracket.
In the event that two or more players have the same total score, the organization may apply additional criteria, such as the best specific ranking in the category to be played or, failing that, a supervised draw, with the aim of maintaining the transparency and competitiveness of the tournament.
Doble eliminiación / Double elimination.
Winners round: 3-set matches, 11 points win by 2
Losers round (consolation): 1-set matches, 15 points win by 2
En caso de suspensión y aplazamiento del torneo, la organización reembolsará el 90 % de la inscripción a todos los jugadores. Los jugadores que vuelvan en la nueva fecha solo tendrán que pagar el 90 % de la cuota de inscripción del nuevo torneo sustitutivo.
In case of suspension and postponement of the tournament the organisation will refund 85% of the registration to all players. The players who return to the new date will only have to pay 85% of the registration fee of the new replacement tournament.
«SI EL JUGADOR CANCELA HASTA EL x DE x, POR CUALQUIER MOTIVO, LE REEMBOLSAREMOS EL 70 % DE LA INSCRIPCIÓN. DESPUÉS DE ESTA FECHA, SOLO LE REEMBOLSAREMOS EL 50 % SI CONSEGUIMOS UN JUGADOR SUSTITUTO».
IF PLAYER CANCELS UNTIL x, FOR WHATEVER REASON, WE WILL REFUND YOU 70% OF THE REGISTRATION. AFTER THIS DATE WE WILL ONLY REFUND 50% YOU IF WE GET A SUBSTITUTION PLAYER.
Las palas que no estén aprobadas por la USAPA no deberían ser usadas.
Casos:
1. Si se percibe antes de un partido el jugador deberá cambiar de pala, en caso de negarse será expulsado
2. Si se percibe durante un partido dicho partido se dará por perdido, para el siguiente deberá cambiar de pala, en caso de negarse será expulsado
3. Si se percibe después de un partido se mantendrá el resultado, pero para próximos deberá cambiar, en caso de negarse será expulsado
Paddles that are not approved by the USAPA may not be used.
Cases:
1. If detected before a match, the player must change paddle. If they refuse, they will be expelled.
2. If detected during a match, that match will be forfeited. For the next match, they must change paddle. If they refuse, they will be expelled.
