INFORMACIÓN SOBRE EL TORNEO.

• El calentamiento solo será permitido en las áreas designadas. Máximo 3 minutos antes de comenzar el partido.
• Tiempo muerto: Se permite un tiempo muerto de 60 segundos por juego y jugador.En cada tiempo muerto, las palas deberán ser dejadas en la misma posición en la que cada jugador reanudará el partido tras el tiempo muerto, y la pelota deberá dejarse debajo de la pala del jugador que comenzará sacando cuando acabe el tiempo. 
• FASE DE GRUPOS: Se jugará un set a 11 puntos con diferencia de 2 puntos en todas las categorías excepto Dobles Femenino, Masculino y Mixtos 5.0 que se jugará un set a 15 puntos con diferencia de 2 puntos. Se cambiará de campo a los 6 puntos en los partidos a 11 y a los 8 puntos en los partidos a 15 puntos. Los 2 mejores de cada grupo avanzan a la fase de eliminación simple. 
• FASE DE ELIMINACIÓN: Se jugará un set a 15 puntos con diferencia de 2 puntos con cambio de campo a los 8 puntos.
• SEMI-FINALES Y FINALES: Se jugará al mejor de 3 sets a 11 puntos con diferencia de 2 puntos con cambio de campo cuando finalice cada juego. En caso de jugarse el 3er. set el cambio de campo se efectuará a los 6 puntos. a su vez, estos partidos serán arbitrados. 
• RESULTADOS DE LOS PARTIDOS: Una vez terminado el juego, los jugadores deberán acercarse al voluntario que se encuentra en cada zona para dar el resultado del juego, para ello deberán decir en qué categoría juegan, a qué grupo pertenece, hora y pista en la que han jugado. El voluntario subirá el resultado y antes de aceptarlo deberán confirmarlo los jugadores. Si hubiere algún error en los resultados, antes de pasar a la fase de eliminación los mismos podrán ser modificados. 
• Retrasos/no presentación:un partido podrá retrasar su comienzo un máximo de 10 min. En caso de no presentación o presentación con un retraso superior a 10 min. sobre la hora prevista de inicio del partido, podrá implicar la pérdida del mismo con  11-0, decisión que será tomada por el comité de competición del torneo. 

Es responsabilidad de cada jugador comprobar el cuadro de partidos disponible en la app de RAQT, para determinar la hora y pista de cada partido.

Recomendamos a todos los jugadores que permanezcan en la zona de juego indicada para su categoría en caso de que necesiten localizarle y con el objeto de agilizar el desarrollo del torneo. 

• Reglas de comportamiento: Es absolutamente obligatorio mantener una buena conducta durante los partidos y dentro de las instalaciones del evento. Cualquier comportamiento que vaya en contra de lo anterior podrá suponer la pérdida del partido o expulsión del torneo, según la gravedad de lo acontecido, decisiones que serán tomadas por el comité de competición del torneo.
• Los jugadores no podrán gritar, patear el suelo o tratar de distraer a un adversario de cualquier otro modo,cuando esté a punto de poner en juego la pelota o durante el desarrollo de un punto.

Cada jugador podrá acumular 2 advertencias. La primera quedará en advertencia. La segunda implica la pérdida de un punto y la tercera implica la pérdida del partido.

• Coaching ilegal: Está prohibido hacer coaching durante el partido, el mismo solo será permitido en los tiempos muertos, cambio de lado o entre el fin y el comienzo de un nuevo juego en aquellos partidos que duren 3 juegos. 
• Lesion jugador: En caso de que un jugador se lesione antes de la competición deberá notificarlo a la organización lo antes posible ,máximo 48hs. antes del inicio de la competición. Solo se permitirá que el mismo pueda ser sustituido por otro jugador dentro de la misma categoría y nivel. Si la lesión se produce durante el desarrollo del torneo se podrá sustituir al jugador siempre que no haya iniciado la fase de grupo de la categoría que disputa y deberá ser comunicado al menos 4hs antes del comienzo. Esta situación será valorada por el comité de competición.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE TOURNAMENT.

• Warm up will only be allowed in designated areas. Maximum 3 minutes before the start of the match.
• Timeout: A 60-second timeout is allowed per game and player. At each timeout, the paddles must be left in the same position in which each player will resume play after the timeout, and the ball must be left under the the player's paddle that will start taking out when the time runs out.
• GROUP PHASE: A set will be played to 11 points with a difference of 2 points in all categories except Women's, Men's and Mixed Doubles 5.0, which will be played a set to 15 points with a difference of 2 points. Fields will be changed at 6 points in matches to 11 and at 8 points in matches to 15 points. The top 2 from each group advance to the single elimination phase.
• ELIMINATION PHASE: A set will be played to 15 points with a difference of 2 points with a change of court at 8 points.
• SEMI-FINALS AND FINALS: The best of 3 sets will be played to 11 points with a difference of 2 points with a change of court at the end of each game. In case of playing the 3rd. set the change of course will take place at 6 points. in turn, these matches will be refereed.
• RESULTS OF THE MATCHES: Once the game is over, the players must approach the volunteer who is in each zone to give the result of the game, for this they must say in which category they play, to which group they belong, time and track in which They have played. The volunteer will upload the result and before accepting it, the players must confirm it. If there is any error in the results, before going to the elimination phase, they may be modified.
• Delays/no show: a match may delay its start by a maximum of 10 min. In case of no-show or presentation with a delay of more than 10 min. above the scheduled start time of the match, may imply the loss of the match with 11-0, a decision that will be made by the tournament competition committee.

It is the responsibility of each player to check the match table available in the RAQT app, to determine the time and track of each match.

We recommend all players to stay in the game area indicated for their category in case they need to locate you and in order to expedite the development of the tournament.

• Rules of behavior: It is absolutely mandatory to maintain good conduct during matches and within the event facilities. Any behavior that goes against the foregoing may mean the loss of the match or expulsion from the tournament, depending on the seriousness of what happened, decisions that will be made by the tournament competition committee.Players may not shout, stamp their feet or try to distract an opponent in any other way when they are about to put the ball into play or during the development of a point.Each player will be able to accumulate 2 warnings. The first will be a warning. The second implies the loss of a point and the third implies the loss of the match.
• Illegal Coaching: Coaching is prohibited during the match, it will only be allowed in timeouts, change of sides or between the end and the beginning of a new game in those matches that last 3 games.
• Player injury: In the event that a player is injured before the competition, he must notify the organization as soon as possible, maximum 48 hours. before the start of the competition. It will only be allowed that he can be replaced by another player within the same category and level. If the injury occurs during the development of the tournament, the player may be replaced as long as the group phase of the category he is playing has not started and must be communicated at least 4 hours before the start. This situation will be assessed by the competition committee.
